My real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of office, warehouse, multi-family and retail properties.  I also represent lenders in connection with commercial loan foreclosures.  

My estate planning practice focuses on the preparation of simple wills for married couples or single individuals, durable powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney and physicians directives. My probate practice focuses on uncontested wills and independent administrations.  Most estate planning and probate matters are handled on a fixed-fee basis.

My corporate practice focuses on the formation, conversion and termination of corporations, limited liability companies, general partnerships, limited partnerships, professional corporations, professional associations and not-for-profit corporations.  Most corporate matters are handled on a fixed-fee basis.
